Included in our management agreement are all fees that will be charged for our management services. You will be pleased to find that our management contract as all inclusive, with no hidden fees.
Please bear in mind that the most valuable service we can provide is our 23 years of experience as owners. We can manage your property and your money as we would manage our own. Our owner's perspective translates into timely and cost effective operating management that will greatly improve the investment value of your property.
Based on the level of activity in the building, the property manager will visit your building at least once a week. If a major improvement program is in progress, such as the installation of a new roof or boiler , the property manager will visit your building as often as once a day. This is to ensure that all contractors retained are performing the work in accordance with specifications while taking all steps necessary to insure the safety of tenants as well as property.
